Chocolate cup cake
Ingredients: *6 eggs *2 evap milk big *1 cup water *5 cup all purpose flour *3 cup sugar *3/4 cup cocoa *4 tsp. vanilla *Chopped nuts *1 cup butter (melted) *2 1/2 tbsp. baking powder Procedure: 1. Pre-heat oven 375 F sift together all dry ingredients. 2. Make a well. 3. Pour all liquid ingredients. 4. Mix very well until they are well blended. 5. Put on a paper cups on a muffin pan. 6. Put a 3/4 full of mixture into a paper cups. 7. Bake. Chocolate FrostingIngredients: *1 cup sugar *1/4 cup all purpose flour or cornstarch *1 can evap milk *1/4 cup cocoa *2 tsp. butter *1 tsp. vanilla. Procedure: Continue first 5 ingredients and cook in the double boiler until spreading consistency then add butter. |
